The year is 1944. Lt. Col. Charles Carpenter is a pilot of a L-4 Grasshopper. He is tasked to be an artillery spotter. He is always thirsty for action. The problem is he cannot fight both in air or on ground. this is due to his orders and lack of armaments on his L-4 Grasshopper. and for the reason he cant get into action in the ground is that he is not allowed to do so due to ordering a m4 sherman tank to shoot at a "enemy" tank. Turns out the "enemy" tank was a m4 sherman bulldozer tank. Thankfully he just hit the blade and the tank was undamaged. Later he found out other Pilots were mounting bazookas to they're planes. So he did it himself, and added bazookas to his plane. and that was how this monstrosity of a a plane was made.
