@ColonelCanada alright, i have changed the literal use of my public service vehicles. It's no longer being intended as a ground target and instead it's now a ground prop now. Glad you're feeling satisfied now.

That's it! Because of this all, now i've been updating my government/law enforcement/public service themed vehicles from ground target into ground prop, so everyone will not really misunderstood about me promoting civilian death, warcrimes, coup d'etat, & radicalism. How do you feel now?

But in another use, you should not always use this as a ground target, you can use this as a scenery prop if desired.

I literally made some emergency service vehicles like firetruck and police cruiser, and it's literally also for the ground target. Go check it out!
