AH-66 Blackfeet
AH-65 is a heavily armed attack helicopter, also capable of transporting 11 troops. This helicopter is equivalent to the Russian Mi-mil 24 Hind. Easy controls, but read the simple instructions and you are good to go with this helicopter. The top speed is around 250 mph, and It is quite fast for a helicopter.
FEATURE: MOVABLE MINI GUN (Controlled by Roll and Pitch)
AH 65 use a transverse rotor system and win tip jets for extra speed.
Flight manual:
1) Throttle to 75%
2) VTOL about 75-80% to take off
(take care not to put the VTOL too fast during the takeoff)
The JETS
3) For extra speed, this helicopter has 2 small wing tip jets, which you have to turn on AG2, and it will operate between throttle 80%-100%
It flies more like a plane and land like a plane (though it took shorter runway)
Throttle UP or DOWN to gain or loose altitude.
To land, throttle down slowly while you keep the nose up.
Landing speed is nice at 60mph, but you can land faster if you have runway. It will ran like a plane in that case.
