Aquila

When the Italians created this fighter, they did almost everything right. It has good speed, turn speed, survivability, and is easy to control; all with a small target profile. The only thing that they didn't do right according to most pilots is how the only weapon is a single 20mm cannon, making it hard to hit distant targets. It is one hell of an interceptor though. The only planes that can best this fighter are the P-65k and the Kobra-2, which have very large target profiles. Otherwise, one would need a lot of skill to beat an Aquila, especially in a Kobra-1 or P-65A/2.
