AMX 50 Mle. 49
Shortly after WWII, France needed to upgrade and rebuild its entire tank fleet. Only a few pre-1940 tanks were still operating at that time along with some captured German tanks.
Three companies soon submitted their designs for the competition: AMX, BDR and ARL. Of all three, BDR and AMX were both chosen for mass production.
AMX had 2 designs: the AMX 50 B and the AMX M4. After another year, in 1948, both designs were merged into a single one: AMX 50 Mle. 49.
The AMX 50 Mle. 49 weighed nearly 63 tons and was powered by a massive 1200 hp engine. The armor on it was inspired by Soviet IS-3 tanks while most of the other technical aspects were similar to wartime German projects. Armament-wise, AMX bought the license for the American 120 mm Gun T179 that was used on the T57 prototype and modernized it by adding a copy of the bore extractor found on the late-war 128 mm German guns.
Due to the high maintenance and production costs, the AMX 50 Mle. 49 (often shortened to AMX M49) only served for three years until 1951 when France started development of a new European MBT and ceased all heavy tank production (much like its other allies). Some of the 450 tanks produced served in the Israeli army during the Second Kurdish Uprising.
Controls are very simple: AG8 for the turret and main gun, AG1 for the MG on top, AG3 for lights and WASD to move around. Do keep in mind that it's not too fast of a tank so it doesn't do all that great on rough terrain.

@Othwane "Viva la France!" :)
@AdrianFlyingAce That's what I initially thought of but couldn't get the hull shape right. So I then tried to make the Char 50t B but terribly failed at making the gun mantlet.
Let's hope I'll get the shapes right :)
@BogdanX I tried doing that but it became a race car (literally). So I had to give it a +0.75/-0.25 max/min limit. It's still high but at least it won't run around like a Ferrari.
I really don't get it how power is distributed. If the engine has like 100 HP, do these 100 HP get evenly distributed among all connected wheels or are they 100 HP/wheel? It seems to be the latter which is lame, to be honest.
@BogdanX Took your advice into consideration now ;)
