I got tired of this thing and don't want to invest more time in it. I didn't solve wobbly wings problem because of this shitty rotators so there are some flying magnets for the cool factor and fixating, that u can't make invisible without losing their ability to stick with wings. Also I didn't make a proper VTOL system as initially wanted, so you need to pull up this flying brick really hard while starting up at ~15% throttle. Anyway controls:
group 1 - magnets
group 2 - makes spinny-wingy thing, please don't do it while maneuvering if you don't want kaboom
group 5 - opens landing hatch
group 6 - opens main entrance
group 8 - some remains of planned VTOL
Landing gear also spins wings in it's normal position, if jams - redo
After flying up, retract landing gears and push group 1. To land just release landing gear and set throttle to 0
Special thanks to ShiroNeko, wuffl and PlaneFlightX for solving part of my problems with this build

@Honeybadger03 well a limited solution is better than no solution
@spectre118 thanks for the feedback, to solve this problem I installed magnets on group 1. After retracing landing gear you can activate it to keep wings in one place, but yes, it has only two "stable" points. I couldn't solve this problem fully
It looks great but is super wiggly and unstable
@RepublicofWrightIsles thanks!
