    Just keep in mind that each Rod IRL is 12 Tons and Starship can lift 150 Tons so SpaceX could send 1 of these weapons systems up for a mere 90 million right now...
    And who's to say they haven't already with SpaceX's potential involvement in the revitalization of Star Wars...
    I mean if the government spends 30,000$ on tungsten paperweights "for the IRS's paperwork" then we know whats really happening...
