Forrest Fire Fighting Challenge
The Wright Isles are having a forrest fire epidemic. Hot ash from Krakabloa carried on the newly acquired winds has been setting vegetation ablaze everywhere. Please build fire fighting equipment that will help tame the blaze. Much needed items include: helicopters capable of carrying Bambi buckets or water cannons (you can use the ones attached if you'd like), tanker aircraft, off-roads fire trucks, and anything else that could help.
Rules: must be your own creation. Do not copy others, and please give credit where due. Please make your entrant a successor for ease of tracking. XTML Modding, fine tuner, etc. all acceptable. Please no mods that I have to download to use your creation. Standard limit of 3 entries per person. Deadline is 30 August.
Entries to be judged on creativity, applicability (could it feasibly help fight fires and does it look the part), functionality, fun factor.

@EternalDarkness glad to hear it!
@jlewisifer great. Participating on this challenge was fun.
Thank you to everyone that participated, there were some other excellent entrants as well.
And 3rd, @JohnnyBoythe Pilot with the PA P1C Firebird. Love the water scoop concept, your modded water nozzle, and despite a few contollability issues, very fun to fly.
2nd, @EternalDarkness with the UL-1 Fly. Love the concept, and flies perfectly at low observation speeds. Very cool and fun to fly
Again, I apologize for the delay. The results of the competition are: 1st @Potkuri with the Spectre Blaze Drone. Though my love of manned flight prevents over excitement with drones, this one is very cool, exceptionally fun and perfect for the challenge. The landing gear is awesome and the turret concept works very well.
@Tully2001 yeah, my appologies, I've been on the road the last few days and away from WiFi etc. I'm nearly finished.
forrest? forrest gump?
Yeesh the trafic was just bad leaving right after totality @spefyjerbf
My entry: https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/m55ryU/fire-fight-entry
it's not a copy, I've done heavy modifications so it flies and looks better, and not getting disqualified. Does it have to be a successor, I'm sorry it's not.
@TheNCRranger cool, sounds good!
@TheNCRranger Yes. I went to a fairly rural area, and the traffic was brutal going back... It took 12 hours to drive the first 100 miles, so the drive actually turned into about 25 hours.
@spefyjerbf Did you go to the eclipse, it was 8 hours for me
Im going to reporpase one of my old aircraft for this
@spefyjerbf cool. Safe trip.
I might enter, but my entry will probably be on iOS. I have a 12 hour car ride in the future, so this might be the perfect entertainment for me.
@pilotred233
I dont think you have to, but if you add "water spray" effects, that will get more attention.
Do you have to "recreate" the spraying of water?
@destroyerP awesome!
I'll like to enter
This is my first entry. I'll build something else soon. Maybe a Unimog fire truck.
I have an idea.
I'm in!
@Hayhayjam664 definitely do!
I may try
Finally we have more fixed wing aircraft! When I saw the fireboss-like "Douse" air tractor plane, my Firebird was like "It's senpai!" lol.
