Desert version of the AH-5 attack helicopter.

The AH-5S is the desert version of the AH-5 attack helicopter. It is armed with 4 .50 cal machine guns, a 30mm cannon, 3 Hellfire missiles, 38 unguided Hydra rockets and 1 Sidewinder for its sworn enemy "tutorial plane".

Operating instructions:

BE SURE to set AG-1 to active before takeoff or you will have a short flight highlighted by lots of gyroscopic nutations and death. This controls the cyclical.
Use AG-4 to activate turbine and set throttle to 100%.
Collective is controlled via VTOL. Z will increase collective and X will decrease collective.

Gyroscopes are for sissies everyone knows that. But in this case AG-6 will be used along with AG-1 to provide a means to control the turret. The turret when activated by AG-2 will respond to pitch and roll inputs.

AG-1 will LOCK the cyclical controls. Move fwd at about 20 kts. This is where rudder authority cancels gyroscopic torque roughly. Set AG-6 which will engage gyro to add stability. Move to gunners seat and activate AG-2.
