9.0 years ago
The dehavilland Mosquito was an all wooden high speed bomber during World War 2. When it was first produced it was the fastest military aircraft ever built allowing it to forego armour and outpace any pursuers. It's top speed of 400 mph put it ahead of the Supermarine Spitfire, a goal of dehavilland, the inventor of the plane. This model attempts to replicate the flying characteristics of this plane, including top speed, maneouvrability, low flying and it's tendency to roll too much at high speed.
