The OV-10 was developed during Vietnam to be used as a foreword observer arcraft that would direct the fast jets in for there fire missions. And also was used as close air support. The OV-10 was moth balled in 1960 until the 1990's when the military had the same problem as Vietnam, they needed a slow flying aircraft that could provide close air support for a long time. So they dusted off the OV-10 and put new tech in it and sent it off. FLYING- flight controls are normal. all you need to do is pull the trim down a little past the second notch. and it will fly with no problem wonce you get up to speed. Crusing speed is 250 MPH.
