Description, Project Z is a fictional plane invented by me. The fuselage is inspired by Hughes H4 Hercules, it floats, as you can guess it has a lot of decals. You could ad a big bomb in the middle if you want.

@Bachi yes, but hinge rotators don't work like flaps.

For the flaps use xml.
Wing>control surface >input:roll>write "VTOL" over roll>mirror the plane >go to the other side and press:invert on the VTOL control surface
