Curtiss P-6D Hawk
Hello people, some of you may of thought That I Took a break from making stuff, (BUT I WAS NOT DOING THAT), instead i was working on the curtiss P-6D Hawk.
ABOUT THIS PLANE (in general with its other variants)
The Curtiss P-6 Hawk is an American single-engine biplane fighter introduced into service in the late 1920s with the United States Army Air Corps and operated until the late 1930s prior to the outbreak of World War II.-wikipedia
About this Plane, (this variant in general)
To produce the prototype XP-6 Hawk, Curtiss took the airframe of a P-1 and installed a Curtiss V-1570 Conqueror engine. This was flown into second place at the 1927 National Air Races at Skopane, Washington. The US Army contracted Curtiss for 18 P-6s for evaluation, which had modified cowl and deeper fuselage. In the spring of 1932, all the P 6s were re-engined with the Prestone cooling system, becoming P-6Ds. -The military aircraft visual encyclopedia made by amber books,(i used google translate camera translation in order to get the text)
Note: It took me few days of building and 1 or 2 weeks of fixing, tweaking, and tinkering (and redoing) the plane, so If you’d like to, then, give it some respect and upvote it.
Note: if the plane doesn’t go as high as you want it to that’s because it’s heavy, I made it heavy an order for it to be more stable.
Fun fact: many of the p-6Ds variants (like the p-6E) started off as racing planes that later became The main fighter planes of the usaac until ww2. (The simpleplanes version (aka this exact plane) can’t do loopty-loops due to it having a very heavy weight for stableness, but the version of the P-6D in real life can actually do loopty loops)

The photo of the plane in the race is me trying to do a looptyloop with this plane , thus causing me to miss the looping part during the race. But it can do other plane stunts too
