To fire of missiles: Set the planes thrust to 20% mid flight and fire the first detach group. After That, the thrust doesn't matter. You can "guide" the missiles with the Vtol nozzles. Be easy with how you angle the engines, because if you angle them too much, the missile spins out of control.
