The Centre-of-weight of the plane is behind the Centre-of lift. You need to add weight to the front.
My suggestion is to start by removing all Deadweight and fuel of the plane; move all the fuel onto the wings, and put the deadweight onto the nose area until the Centre-of-Weight is IN FRONT of the Centre-of-Lift.
Just add 1 or 2 more blades and make them thick and then I added 100,000 hp
And a bigger propeller
