Backstory
The D-71A-1 Albatross is a early era bomber developed in 1931. Her initial production run was 300 aircraft, 150 for the Air Force, 100 for export, and the remaining 50 sent to the Navy for use at NAS’s. She could carry 20x50lbs bombs, or 4x250lbs bombs. During the first Rebel Uprising in 1933, several of these bombers were used to bomb Rebel fortifications, a role which she succeeded in. She lacked in bombing power but excelled in speed, she was one of the fastest bombers of her time, until other planes came to replace her.
