VTOL for direction. Yaw for steering. Pitch for elevation, Roll for traverse. (1) activates driving lights, (2) activates tail lights. A tank destroyer designed for use by airborne or reconnaissance troops. Armed with a potent 120mm Coilgun M5A7, it is a highly mobile machine capable of high speeds in both directions, and is capable of engaging even the most heavily armored machine. However, the machine has almost no armor to speak of; the gun shield is 5mm of armor steel with a Kevlar backing, and the windshield is single-way bullet resistant glass, shielding the crew from small arms from the front but allowing them to shoot back. The crew consists of a four-man crew; commander, gunner, loader, and driver. The machine is designed to not fire on the move, but if needing to retreat quickly, must be able to do so, meaning the driver must remain in the machine. The gun has been moved to face forward. Although this increases its profile, it makes it far more useful for infantry support. The reception to the Stinger II is mixed; while it does have a better 120mm cannon that faces forward, it has a higher profile, and disengaging is complicated by the poor rearward view, where the previous Stinger did not have this issue due to gun placement.

I doubt the suitability of these machines in Snowstone. No protection from the weather. . @Gmanndo1000

$1 million for instructions, spare telescopic sights, and engineers to build this thing there.

I'm pretty sure your forces have 120mm coilgun M5A5 from your Ardent M6A1, Ardent M6A2, and MBT-6D rearmed with 120mm cannon. In addition, the Pilotmario Marines left behind lots of jeeps for your new army. You do have the resources to fabricate mounts, I assume. @Gmanndo1000

Some crews actually preferred the gun face the other way. Not only is the Stinger M9 a lower profile TD, but disengagement is much easier since in the M9, the driver is already facing the direction to do so, where on the M10, the driver must reverse in order to disengage, and has virtually no rearward visibility doing so due to the gun shield. On the M9, the gun shield protects the whole crew, where the M10's shield only works for the gun crew. The larger gun was not seen as necessary by some, since the vehicle was to engage from ambush positions, where the 90mm railgun was perfectly suitable since they always seek flanking positions where they could engage the thin side armor. To this end, the 90mm and 120mm cannons were able to engage the sides, therefore there was no effective upgrade to firepower. However, some crews felt the 120mm was a significant upgrade, allowing them to engage enemy armor at less than suicidal ranges from the front. @PINK

We made that assumption from the last Stinger. @Pilotmario

lol probably. This was designed as a light tank destroyer for use by airborne or reconnaissance troops, not by regular army. Regular army uses M17A3 Stallion with 120mm cannon. That thing has much better armor, resistant to APDS 20x140mm Pilotmario and HE 30x210mm Pilotmario, as well as 27x185mm Teuton. @PINK

We could just ambush it with 10 men with FK-12s . . . if we were at war. @Pilotmario

To be honest, we've been using the same basic plane for 100 years and counting. With success. @MikuKat

To be honest, if you need a multimillion dollar jet to kill a $20k jeep with a $500k tank gun and sparsely protected by something resembling armor, I must question your army's ability to defeat us. @Areonautics3
