The KPz Bundeswehr M79E2-SA is a modified M79, specifically made to meet the requirements of the Bundeswehr Urban Warfare, it has a german made Explosive Reactive Armor (ERA) on the side and the tank has a blowout panels to prevent the crew from killed by fire and also it has a ammunition rack inside the hull where the ERAs is placed. The tank has a two shells available to fire, 30 HEATFS and 40 APFSDS, and also it has a completely new, german made fire control system. In addition to that, it has a 3 smoke grenades, and 1 120mm mortar, it also has a one-plane stabilizer
