The Whiplash cannon is the result of mixing gauss cannon technology with parachutes. The parachutes enter a state of instability when they are launched. They vibrate rapidly, and destroy whatever they touch. (Except bridges).
Note that the cannon has a 1 in 10 chance of destroying itself.
Try spawning it at the windmills, and press activator 1 to see the magic!
Also try using the camera view. You will find that the main bomb acts like a boomerang!
