The Kassel Object 4 is a single-engine fighter aircraft of the 1920s.

Design and Development

Fokker Eindeckers, Pfalz, Albatros biplanes were considered obsolete due to slowly emerging fighter technologies introduced and used by Britain, France and the United States.
The Kassel design bureau which once based in Germany, now located at Denmark (to circumvent Versailles treaty) needed a new fighter of original design.
The first aircraft was christened as Lisa Minci (or just Lisa, hbd btw) and had its first flight on 1921.
The Object 4 is a strut-braced biplane single-engine aircraft with a large radiator under the fuselage (Boeing P-8 teaser in the craft lol) powered by an unknown inline engine rated at 360 horsepower.

Testing

The Object 4 had her first flight on Denmark, 1922 and it was sent to evaluation as the 1AK-1 (land fighter, Kassel, type 1) and delivered at the same year. Flight performance of [the] Lisa was comparable to the Boeing PW-9 and the Curtiss PW-8 (later to be the P-1) and sooner, the Sparrow Sp-30 fighters. However, it suffered from an engineering problem.
The aircraft entered service in early 1923 serving until 1928.

Variants

• Lisa Minci (Object 4-1)
  Named after the Genshin character, it sported a vertical stabilizer thst has a larger control surface than the wing part. The build shown in-game.
  One built.
• 1AK-1 (Object 4-2)
  Redesignated 1AK-1 for operational service. Vertical stabilizer redesigned to the appearance of a Loening monoplane. 42 built.
• 1AK-1B (Object 4-3)
  One converted from 1AK-1, with larger horizontal stabilizers. Only one built.
• Lisa Minci (Object 4-4)
  Racing monoplane, convert from 1AK-1 with a 435 horsepower Curtiss. Two built.
• XPW-10
  Based on the second iteration of Lisa Minci (Object 4-4). Fighter monoplane intended for use of the USAAC. One built.
