YF-13A
HISTORY:
The YF-13A is a prototype testbed navy aircraft that expiermented with completely foldable wings, the YF-13A is also the test bed for th HS-ARM-1 hypersonic ATGM(Hypersonic-Active Radar Missile) and the Hypersonic ATVR-M-1 (Advanced Thrust Vectoring-Missile). The YF-13A also introduced the first HMD (helmet mounted display) for CT manufactured planes. The YF-13 is armed with three test missiles and a M61A1 Vulcan 20mm cannon.

Notes from me; Im a little late on the post (As per the usual) but here it is, brick plane.
Also feel free to let me know what you think about the cockpit, this is my first time making a truly 95% custom cockpit (the buttons, flightstick, throttle and levers are pre-made) and implement a HUD.
Also fun fact it has the HUD because i didnt think i could cram a sight onto the dash xd

@LoneSpaceGaming 100% facts right there. It can be so frustrating sometimes how this games physics is so tied to FT. Shoot, sometimes I'll make a plane and itll do backflips because its either connected to something else or I messed up the FT code.
@CycloneSP
This is why I love SimplePlanes. Also 'cause it tends to make me tear my hair out because my build won't work because of stupid janky SimplePLanes physics and the game connecting parts that I already disconnected. FUN GAME!
@LoneSpaceGaming Yeah I 100% agree, the only reason I did that is just because for simpleplanes atleast i can make it work (i also thought it loked cooler). And from what I've seen when flying it and pulling high G's the wings dont really flex I belive its because I made them Wing-2 in FT
also yeah I see the resemblance more and more lol
@CycloneSP
Just a note, the reason there aren't so many wing folding joints, is because it's a lose-lose for the aircraft. The joints/actuators are heavy and do you really want your wing to fold in on itself if you put too much load on it? It lessens the strength of the wing.
I must agree with @LunarEclipseSP, something about those air intakes makes it look a lot like a bootleg Yakovlev Yak-141/Yak-41 :)
@LunarEclipseSP naw i made one of those i just havent uploaded it because uhhh that whole flying thing is a no go
Dollar store Yak-141
@Noname918181 Thank you! I will expierment with putting the rear gear closer to the CoM on the next one. (perhaps on a later variant ;)
Very sleek looking, nice flight characteristics, and interesting aircraft, very nice
.
Altough I do have a few recommendations, mainly to move the rear landing gear closer to the CoM, which should help with shorter takeoff length
