RF Marshal Ustinov (Slava-class Cruiser)
Overview
The Russian cruiser Marshal Ustinov is a Slava-class cruiser (Project 1164) of the Russian Navy. The Russian name for the ship type is Raketnyy Kreyser (RKR), meaning "Missile Cruiser". The ship is named after Dmitriy Ustinov, a former Soviet Minister of Defence. Marshal Ustinov was assigned to the 43rd Missile Ship Division of the Russian Northern Fleet, whose homeport is in Severomorsk. From 2012 to 2016, the cruiser underwent a major overhaul. The vessel returned to service in 2017 and has since been deployed to the Mediterranean Sea.

The Slava-class, Soviet designation Project 1164 Atlant, is a class of guided-missile cruisers designed and constructed in the Soviet Union for the Soviet Navy, and currently operated by the Russian Navy.

Manual instruction:
- Throttle = Move forward.
- Brake = Brake.

- A & D = Turn left & right.
- AG6 = Enable helicopter control.
- AG7 = Deploy helicopter, disable/enable the vessel system, toggle helicopter control.
Cannon controls:
- VTOL = Rotate left/right.
- Trim = Aim up/down.
- LAlt = Fire.
Depth charge/grenade launcher controls
- Manually controlled, will be delay for few seconds once fully fired.
- VTOL = Rotate left/right.
- Trim = Aim up/down.
- LAlt = Fire.
CIWS controls
- CIWS may quite unprecision, but it will deal damage to anything who dare to come closer to it.
- Automatically aim at your target.
- Spacebar = Fire CIWS.
SAM Launcher controls
- SAM Launcher fires AA missiles and will automatically aims at target, but requires lock on target.
- Automatically aim at your target.
- LAlt = Launch SAM missile (must lock-on target).
Helicopter control
- Helicopter is hard to control and having a weird, Modern Warships-like camera angle. Try to get used to the controls then you will be more comfortable with the controls
Helicopter armament
Main armament = UAM (70mm) (Deals high damage to any ground targets).
Startup
- AG6 = Turn on engine.
- AG7 = Deploy helicopter, disable/enable the vessel system, control the helicopter.
CAUTION! When flying, do not turn off the engine at the mid-air or your helicopter will lose control and falling down.
Take-off
- Full throttle.
- Once it is high enough, set the throttle below 60 or 50.
- Your helicopter should go airborne now, if the heli keeps going up you'll have to play with the throttle as well to create some balance (for hovering).
Controls
- Normal flight control.
- Throttle 50 = Fly low/hover.
- Throttle 20 below = Go down.
- Full throttle = Go up.
- Spacebar = Fire guns.
DISCLAIMER! The usage of helicopter is SINGLE USE. It is not possible to land your heli back to the ship. Once you're done with it, you have to either leave the helicopter away or "sacrifice" it.

@RangersSP Marshal Ustinov is the second ship of the Russian Slava-class cruiser. Moskwa was the first and the lead ship and RF Varyag is the third.
I thought Marshal Ustinov is the Soviet name of Moskwa lol

@SuperSuperTheSylph The helicopter rockets are indeed not working. I don't know why, but as a weapon replacement, you can shoot heavy projectiles from the helicopter by pressing spacebar, like a normal machine gun cannon.
