Another VTOL concept I had in mind and a nice opportunity to try the new components /modding options. Hover throttle at about 55%. It works like your usual VTOL really, but with a twist. The main idea is that because the pilot is facing down during takeoff and landing, he has good visibility, as opposed to a traditional VTOL where they have to trust instruments and good judgement. It also makes it a small footprint airplane so you could stack them in a tight space (typically aircraft carrier)
Landing is a bit tricky but not impossible.
