This not-very-realistic seaplane is good for practicing landings on water and land. Landing should be very easy, on both water and land. Make sure to try to keep the nose of the aircraft parallel to or tited up when landing. When landing in water, make sure to retract landing gear and try to go slow. When landing on a runway, just before touchdown, pull the VTOL thingy on the left down slightly to raise the nose. If you are going to fast, this will make the aircraft move up. That means you are going to fast. Go under 175.
