Its actually pretty simple, stabilizer uses basic YawRate attribute. You can just take it and multiply it by 0.005, then make it counteract the spin by adding minus or not

Design: 8/10. Very Pikes Peak, although unexpected for a circuit racer
Originallity: 5/5. Same as above
Details: 4/5. Love the adjustable suspension, although the rockers can make some use of covering for better aero
Handling: 4/10. Very sensitive to steering. Snaps out with about half the Roll input and is very twitchy at high speed in a straightline
Mod Smoothness: 4/5. The extra rockers would blow the car up if driven carelessly on any mod maps, otherwise it's fine
Overall: 24/35. A solid yet unusual intepretation of the car, i should say
