F-300-B3 StarHawk
This new version of the StarHawk has a massive variety of upgrades to it! The engines now have yaw TVC, as well as pitch and roll, I've given it a variety of control rates to make it incredibly stable while still being able to pull 50G turns, gave it short-range AA missile pods known as "Dagger Pods", and a bit more of a finely-tuned paint job. Because of @GuyFolk's advice, I was able to make my most advanced build to date, but this is far from the last variant. Stay tuned for more!
(PS: If you choose to download and you like this aircraft, don't forget to upvote. I see too many people downloading my planes and not leaving an upvote; a ratio of 15 downloads to 1 upvote on average.)

@BeastHunter @GuyFolk @TomatoIsAFruit @FalcoOne @IceCraftGaming @TRD6932 @Dragorans I've made the C2 variant of the F-300 StarHawk! Please take a look whenever you can!

@BeastHunter @GuyFolk @TomatoIsAFruit @FalcoOne @IceCraftGaming @TRD6932 @Dragorans Those missile pods on the wings of this aircraft, the AAM-24-A2 Dagger Pods. I've just posted one of those individually for anyone to download and use! Be sure to let me know what you think of it!
BRUHKING NEWS:
Pilot died trying to pull 50G on a supersonic aircraft
@TRD6932 I gotchu, bro!
also, i am sorry that i cant upvote. i have zero points lol
really good aircraft, i wish the wings looked a bit more pleasing tho
Nice!
@Falco7 understood. I'll see what I can do with this advice on the next variant.
What a huge improvement. Only major change I would make is making the acceleration more realistic. This can be done with this Funky expression in the engines:
smooth(clamp01(Throttle), Throttle ? 1/X : 1/Y )
Where:
X is engine spool up time
Y is spool down time.
You can also add some funky to reduce throttle on AngleOfAttack, AngleOfSlip, PitchRate, and so on.
@TomatoIsAFruit thanks for the upvote!
Noice
@SkyJayTheFirst
Good luck.
@GuyFolk understood. I'll keep this in mind with the next variant of the StarHawk. Thanks again!
I think this plane flight model is good.
But yaw rate need more tuning, I saw you use YawRate*0.05 in code, nothing wrong but the value could be lower because the tvc oscillating due to too much control correction.
I suggest you use YawRate/xx instead, it produce same result but the number is more intuitive, YawRate/40 is really mean if the plane yaw at 40 deg/sec the entire (YawRate/40) will be equal 1 which will cancel out the Yaw input and the plane will be limited to roughly 40 deg/sec rate.
For comparison, YawRate*0.05 is YawRate/20 which is too sensitive and that's why it oscillate non-stop.
Same goes for all axis.
@BeastHunter I see. I forgot you didn't need an account to download aircraft, lol.
Many people who download don’t have an account. I downloaded things long before I had one. That may be one of the reasons.
