AVANTA RPLH M:B (Model B) is a modernized version developed in 1987 based on the 1969 RPLH.
The M:B is a revised version of the 1969 RPLH, the main changes to the model are:

- External fuel tanks
- Fuselage elongation
The plane continues its function based aerial reconnaissance at high altitude.
