I saw 5 degree floppy on outer rotator and 0 on inner, so I assume you only need the outer one floppy to flex both segments. Thank you for the help, I will tag you! @CoolPeach
I think what happens is that when you tried to take a floppy rotator from another build that had flex wings, it reset itself to 0° movement instead of having the 1-2° it had. So I had to XML the degrees back to 2° or so. Not much you can do there on iOS unfortunately. I also added a wing piece on the middle segment just for better lift distribution. Awesome build btw, I cannot wait for the final result!
