The Curtiss C-47 Commando! A very stable and pretty agile aircraft. It responds really well and it impossible to lose controll. Landing is pretty hard tho, but not impossible. At least on low graphic settings. On medium and high it loses it when touching down.
This version has slightly bigger pitch control surfaces for better manoeuvrebility.
