Lufthansa flight 1331 was a domestic flight from frankfurt airport to stuttgart airport. It took off at 8:25 am local time. Once it departed, it had problems with it’s left engine, and it surged about three minutes after takeoff. They called a mayday and returned to frankfurt airport where arff trucks sprayed the engine. Everyone survived.
