Also, while I do not think as many people go there, this question would be better suited to the forums rather than a craft.
On Forums you can create a text-only post (though it is possible to add images, I think you need an account on another website to do it)
"legally", you can do it.
There are site rules under the "stuff" tab.
According to the rules, if you make a noticeable change then you are allowed to re-upload other people's creations.
If the person who made it is okay with you re-uploading their thing, that is another matter. I would suggest you ask them.
