This is the first plane ive started building in all 0f my 3+ yrs of playing this game and it is going very poorly. it does not control well and when i bank it tends to go into a spin. ive been toying with for a good minute now and cant figure it out so im hoping someone here can. thanks. (dont mind the color scheme still work in progress lol)

I downloaded your plane to mess around with and see what was going wrong. I was able to fix the pitch problem by moving the wings back by about 1.5 units (the units used for fuselage length). The bank/roll is still a bit unstable.
take off the fuselages from the wings, they are too thick
You need to put the CoL further behind the CoG
