F-15 2040C
CONTROLS: AG1-Afterburner, AG3 AG6- Aim 120s on the bottom CREDITS: @thealban for USAF decals and @Cjredwards for the cockpit. The rest of what's typed here isn't too important. It's just background info. (Due to the high cost of manufacturing stealth jets, Boeing created a concept variant of the F-15 that would allow it to remain relevant all the way through 2040. At first glance, the Conformal Fuel Tanks may make one believe that their looking at a Strike Eagle. However, a closer look at the cockpit will reveal that it is actually a single seat variant more closely related to the F-15C, which I originally set out to build. It has a carrying capacity of 16 air-to-air missiles and will be intended to serve as a flying arsenal for less heavily armed stealth jets. The tactic would be to have stealth jets fly out front and relay targeting data to the new variant, allowing the F-15 to launch its buttload of missiles.)

Your plane looks just fine without them. @iFalco
Well pimped, indeed @WeeBabySeamus
so, I decided to pimp your ride a bit, for the new release. I love this build so much, I couldnt resist. Xzibit A
-_-
Who are you, again??? @257Crazygamer
well done
@Allstar I admittedly like significantly less cluttered missiles.....but I guess if the real thing has it.....I don't care.
Thanks, I'm glad you like it @PINK
Thanks for the updoot m8. @thealban
@Allstar No sorry, I should have specified. I meant tail code. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tail_code << Is what it should look like.
https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/JsK518/For-Allstar << There's the plane. Thank you either way! c:
By writing, do you mean the USAF symbols on the wings? If so, you can get them from @thealban . If you just want letters, @AGdynamics has created a whole alphabet with numbers @ZebraDolphinAir
It's a very very small request, but I would like if you can make some writing on the rear vertical wings of one of my planes? I'm not sure about the part count... just that small little edit. I can upload the plane but I am clueless about how to make writing on wings like you and Rohan do... Thanks. I'll send the link in a second. @Allstar
Sure! Ask away and please provide an estimated part count. @ZebraDolphinAir
@Allstar do you take requests? I'm a pilot (in real life, formerly) who can't build for shit in this, and I really want a plane built. Figured I would ask anyway - thanks. :p
@Allstar Ah. Sorry. I'll do that.
This question would get more attention if you asked it in the forums. Thanks for your compliment on its quality. @darrylcn
Fantastic! Does anyone know of an F-14 of this quality?
Thanks a lot @JacobHardy64
fantastic!
@KevinMurphy I'm glad you like it. I know you have a sweet spot for F-15s. @Planefun Yeah, those sixteen available missiles can really come in handy. That's why I chose this conceptual variant.
You're too kind @Rohan
Better the SR's version. (Don't tell him!)
Wow, I finally got around to downloading and let me say holy hell. This is amazing! Great job! I live the piss maker btw! @Allstar
Thanks, it took quite a bit of time to convert the first one into what it is now. @TheLatentImage
Excellent version of this aircraft. Well done.
