The mk 3 of the L-11 is used as a mobile command center with communications, a generator and a medical station. In order to activate the command center you need to press group 4 and vtol up then press group 1 vtol up and once the outer armor of the trailer is fully completed activate group 2 with the vtol still up and group 3 allows you the rotate the coummications tower and trim is for opening the medical drawers.
