Simple, 100-part F-15A. I matched the dimensions and performance as closely to the real aircraft as I could. It also makes a great AI opponent!
This is my first aircraft, and I think I did pretty well. Customize it with whatever weapons/liveries you want!

Hey-First off, really great build, although I can't download it rn, and, second, if you want ultra-realistic performance, set the drag to all fuselage blocks, intakes, and wheels to 0 in xml, then 0 for any parts that create major drag. you can then set engine power to be realistic, and it will feel really good. Also, if you want afterburners, there's a really good Walv!s video for it
