Clearly doesn't fly...but for a raft, it sure seems like it could. The Rocket Rafft skimms along the water at a nice 130MPH before capsizing due to too much thrust. Ease the throttle up slowly for this one and when she gets to 80MPH pull back all the way on the stick to keep the stern down and the bow up.
