Air New Zealand Q400

The Q400 is a small twin propeller aircraft used for flying short distances, such as from Sydney to Albury Wodonga (I know that's in Australia, but it's the only time I've ever flown in one of these and it just happened to be this plane). Building this really pushed my abilities to the limit, so I hope you like it.
Controls:
Usual flight controls and VTOL flaps. the flaps are actually necessary for it to stay aloft.
If there's anyone who knows what to do to fix any of the problems, please comment.
A bit of advice, take off on Yeager runway. It takes a while to get in the air.

@NavyGoose2711 I recently saw a Q400 in the list of aircraft on the info card in the seat pocket.
New Zealand uses the Q300 not the Q400. Still nice to see an Air New Zealand.
