The standard issue assault rifle of the Paternian Republic, it features a Glock-style trigger-mounted safety as well as a set-trigger with variable trigger weight, as a lighter trigger pull will fire semiautomatically, but a heavier pull will be needed to fire full-auto or three-round burst. It operates on a gas-piston rotating bolt system similar to the Kalashnikov rifle. The hooded front sight is completely fixed, but the rear sight can be adjusted for windage. It has a 300m zero range, and has additional settings between 100m and 700m in 100 meter increments.

The rifle can also be configured for left hand or right hand use. It also uses standard Picatinny rails. A lightweight and powerful rifle, it is chambered in 5.56mm Paternian, and has an effective range of 500 meters. It is seen here with a new 30-round magazine compatible with the original 25-round magazine.
