This is a seaplane that I made, obviously. It takes off faster from water than from land and when taking off from land, pull up as soon as the tail lifts off the ground. When landing in water, it will tilt to one sid when it slows down enough, but the wingtips float so don't worry. Once it starts moving again you will quickly be able to level it back out as well. Have fun!
