THA-X1 Baby Hawk Mk.III

20.9k LieutenantSOT  3.9 years ago

In 2034, this was the very first designed aircraft. After the THA-X3 Super Hawk prototype was built, this was built as an attack aircraft that could operate from an aircraft carrier.
Capable of reaching Mach 2.5 at sea level and having sustained flight for 8.33 minutes (in-game), this aircraft is highly maneuverable and is very useful. Just pull up gently when you have the wings extended, otherwise you spin out.

Weapons:

  • 2 15mm "Drogue" autocannons
  • 2 Interceptor missiles
  • 3 500 pound bombs

Controls:

AG1= Variable Wings control (goes into Rear-swept mode)
AG2= Arresting Hook

I hope y'all enjoy!

    @PhantomAviator thanks for the feedback! I will surely try and do that. I think that it would look better in a rotator too

    Is nice, although the issue with spinning out from pulling up too much is probably from having too big an elevator. I'd suggest removing control surfaces on the horizontal stabilizes all together and put them on a small rotator set to 10°
    As for the wings, they're good, and you can take some cues from my B-17 Gladiator if you need to.
