Your challenge is to make a multi-purpose vehicle capable of exploring a new planet discovered called... Andrew World. This planet is rumored to have odd aliens called Joeys.

Make it high tech, though honestly it's up to you.
This is a rover, not a space vessel. You can attempt a lander for the rover, but good luck.
