The Vollendet class is a class of destroyers built for the Royal Crystalian Navy. They were built around the Koloss Combat System, the combat system that matches the Millennium Combat System. They served formerly for the Crystal Navy, and currently in service for the Royal Sovereign Navy.

The destroyers were designed to fulfill multi-role mission. With the decommissioning of the last Blitz class destroyer, they were the sole destroyer class that served for the Crystal Navy until the states unified and new class of destroyers entered the new navy.

Development

The Admiralty wanted to make a replacement for the Blitz class destroyers ten years after they were commissioned. The designing were known as Projekt D(V) and called for a more stealth option than the preceding class of destroyers. They were designed as multi-mission and planned to carry all-around armament as what intended by the Admiralty. Only in 2057 that the first ship was laid down and in 2060 was launched. The first ship, Vollendet, was commissioned in 2061.
