The R-21 Bluejay is a light medium-altitude reconnaissance aircraft marketed to developing countries. Despite its ungainly appearance, it has been used to great effect by the People's Republic of Blanquia Armed Forces against the neighboring Bigtopians, playing a pivotal role in locating their armored columns and directing precision airstrikes against command centers.
