LST-39 'Sikorka' (SEMI-REALISTIC)
My gf called it a carrot with wings
(it used to be orange for a second)
The LST-39 is a heavily modified L-39 "Albatros", used as a trainer or light fighter aircraft by the Polish Air Force. LST stands for "Lekki Samolot Treningowy", or "Light Training Airplane". In default it's armed with 2 AIM-9 Training missiles (no explosive filler) and has 2 drop tanks. It's got a reinforced canopy to withstand the impact of a literal homing missile with no boom material (in theory at least). The plane is fitted with 2 gun pods and 2 AIM-9X Sidewinders in the combat configuration. It can pull a lot of G force (~20), and it has the best FBW i made up to date.

Weapon overview:
AIM-9 Training MSL: It's essentially a AIM-9 without the explosive element. It's relatively safe, but it can still damage a plane severely. Be careful
Gun pods: the ones on the combat variant have a tracer round every (idk) rounds. There's also 2 of them. Delivers democracy really well. Burns taxpayer dollars better.
AIM-9X Sidewinder: The good ol' sidewinder. The missile knows where it is, because it knows where it isn't. It splashes bandits good. Shame you only get 2.
