The De Havilland Comet 1 was the first passenger jet in the world Introduced in 1953. Although it had fuselage problems, the comet was somewhat reliable, only retiring in the 80’s or 90’s, but the crashes did hälte the production of the Comet series, and since the B707, Caravelle, and DC-8s were introduced, the comet lost the leap but still was operational. The livery is RCAF. It does have operational flaps, use trim.
