Need to hide an airplane at night? Well here you go. Ultra black materials do not reflect any light at all. The paint on the cockpit is flat black so you can see the comparison. Gestour discovered before me so I am not the first to find this out

You don't have to give anyone credit for the discovery. It's not really a discovery! just the total lack of a reflection map, I don't believe it's new at all. and I only shared my ship here to show that it can be done without the extreme angles you spoke of. :D
