@Gripen346 and im talking about complicated vehicles, such as a tailless aircraft
it requires a lot of time just to figure out what code you should put in the input if you want to make a auto aim turret on a b17
and also no we focus on both functional and looks when we build something not only functional of an vehicle
looks is also important irl so yea :shrug:

@epicfard i think you are missing what i am saying. To build a simple fighting plane or racer it takes little time. Now to make sophisticated pretty version it takes time. Yeah a b17 with full interior take your time but if you just want functional turrets you could speed build that sucker. Take for example the wasp jet in the game. It has a simple version that takes little time to build. Thats what iam talking about. I focus more on functional now than a pretty masterpiece which there is nothing wrong with that. Once i get to that point i will probably redo all my planes and make them pretty. However i also have a life so i probably won't have time to build a masterpiece.

@Gripen346 this game isnt simple anymore, for a while now
you cant build a b17 full interior working turrets and realistic cockpit in 3 minutes
you are very confident but not in the right time

@epicfard we are talking about a game called simple planes. SIMPLE. Its not hard at all. We aren't talking about life. We are talking about the game.

do you need time practicing to eat solid food as a baby?
do you need time to learn basic/advanced math?
do you need time to figure out how to use google?
you need time to do or at least understand something, stop being stupid

@epicfard what do you mean time to learn? It takes a few seconds to search for what i want on google or an idea. I have some progamming knowledge that helps with funky trees a little.

@epicfard this plane took me about 30 minutes from 0 to finished. Adding and tuning weapons and this thing was done in a hour maybe less. Yeah they look horrible at least to me but it flies and fights. And races. I personally don't need time.

@epicfard as in looks yes definitely need some time for something amazing. But a fully functional monster i don't think so.

@Tsuchiisan Eat Lead! Thats a quote from monsters vs aliens i think. No you can fly it yourself or ai. I optimize for ai as thats how my planes will always be used unless this game gets multiplayer on mobile.

@Tsuchiisan yeah i used the z1 as my test then this was a combination of everything i learned from all my other planes. It has auto folding wings that i wanted for a while. I was always fascinated by the f14 and researched how it affects flight characteristics and i wish i was better at a livery and paint job but for now this is good. You can paint it if you want and post it. You can even use it as a base i have a test bed version with no weapons it barebones for testing flight and racing.

@Tsuchiisan just looked it up yeah laser guided is fine even if its on a ship or something ground based. I am all for being beat so i can improve. If you go all out go ahead!

@Tsuchiisan well missiles guns i tried lasers but nothing to the point of shield where you hit it and it destroys everything in sight unless you do it as a side battle. But speed is second. I used to build 2200 mph planes but i am happy with 1800 now. And maneuverability is a must. Laser guided i haven't really seen what that looks like but if you can make it then why not i can learn from it. Kinetic is fine. I don't have much armor that should beat it.
