The M-5SAM Petra-A is a mobile interceptor missile surface-to-air missile (SAM) system, the primary such system used by the Pearlian Army. It is manufactured by the Pearlian defense contractor, Vigilant Systems Inc. The AN/VPS-88 at each of it's Transport-Erector Launcher (TELAR) is known as the "Phased Electronic Tracking Radar Array", which is a backronym for "PETRA"
