Helicopter(Analog Mi-24RXR)
Mi-24R helicopters are designed to conduct operational radiochemical reconnaissance of infected areas, to mark their borders on the ground and on maps. Reconnaissance is carried out mainly in the interests of the ground forces. Helicopters of this type in the amount of 1-2 vehicles are part of helicopter regiments, or separate mixed aviation regiments and squadrons, which in Soviet times were attached to air and land armies. From the point of view of its direct purpose, the helicopter is a fairly convenient means of reconnaissance. There is, however, a specific drawback of this intelligence system. Hovering near the ground, or having landed, the helicopter throws off the air flow with the rotor, and picks up dust from the ground, which mixes with the air masses. This may lead to an error in assessing the degree of contamination of the area. The indisputable advantage of the helicopter when working in infected areas is a sealed crew cabin. As it is not dramatic, but today it is one of the busiest helicopters.
