Main description

The MK.V LRA-1 is a self-propelled gun that was made by the Polish under the MBT H-3 chassis, it was a sophisticated military vehicle due to its very complex technology compared to other self propelled guns at the time. It's gun was stationary in horizontal control because of the large weight of the gun. Crew communication and design was also very complicated due to the fact it was seperated in 2 columns, the left being for the main crew and the right being for the 2 loaders. These separations made crew communications essentially on either side unhearable unless heard by radio.
However on its performance, it was very good at firing because of its high velocity and its high gun elevation, so the design was accepted and production was started.
Until up on this point, the vehicle is still being used, as a tank destroyer or self propelled gun.
